Customised fragrances is made using a proprietary algorithm based on the answers you give during the quiz in "Create your candle" page, to ensure you get your desired results.

All our fragances are made in Netherlands in our laboratory in Amsterdam.

The price of our customised candle varies depending on the fragrances requested, the size of the candle and the customisation added.
Ingredients vary depending on fragrance. All our candles contains 100% Natural Ingredients, they are plastic free and they are carbon neutral.
Your satisfaction is our number one goal. If you're not completely satisfied with your customized products, please contact us by email at info@effusioncandles.eu within 30 days after receiving your package.

If you've just placed an order and wish to cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours at info@effusioncandles.eu. If your candles have already been made, we'll be unable to cancel your order.
